Melbourne SuperSprint Wrap-Up: Resilience, Results and Championship Momentum
— March 10, 2026 | 2 min read
The Melbourne SuperSprint delivered another exciting weekend of racing, customer engagement and strong on-track performance.
Across the event, we were pleased to host customers from nine different companies, giving them exclusive behind-the-scenes pit tours and a close-up look at the preparation, teamwork and precision that go into running a Supercars team at the highest level. Experiences like these provide a unique opportunity for our customers to connect with the sport and see firsthand the performance environment that drives success in Supercars.
On track, the weekend produced an incredible comeback story. Thomas Randle delivered an outstanding drive to secure third place, bouncing back from a crash on Saturday to finish on the podium. His determination and resilience were a highlight of the weekend and a testament to the hard work and dedication of the entire Tickford Racing team.
Cam Waters also delivered a strong performance, finishing sixth, continuing to add valuable points across the round. Following the Melbourne SuperSprint, Cam now sits second in the Drivers Championship, keeping himself firmly in the title fight as the season progresses.
The team also continues to show impressive consistency, with Tickford Racing remaining at the top of the Team Championship standings after the round. Maintaining that position highlights the strength of the team, the performance of the drivers and the ongoing effort behind the scenes to deliver results week after week.
The Melbourne SuperSprint once again showcased the excitement, intensity and competitiveness of Supercars racing while also creating memorable experiences for our customers. Bringing partners into the heart of the action helps strengthen relationships and reinforces the performance-driven values shared across the motorsport environment.
A big thank you to everyone involved in making the weekend such a success. We look forward to building on this momentum as the championship heads into the next round of the season.
