Tremor: Less Downtime. Safer Worksites. The Right Amount of Light
— March 11, 2026 | 2 min read
At Narva, we understand the punishing demands of industrial and mining environments. From the iron-rich dust of the Pilbara to the biting cold of the Victorian high country, equipment faces relentless stress — and lighting is no exception. That’s why we engineered the Narva Tremor Heavy-Duty Work Lamp Range: built for brutal worksites, delivering uncompromising reliability, efficiency and safety, shift after shift.
Built Tough for the Harshest Conditions
Tremor is not just another work lamp — it’s a system designed to thrive where others fail. With Grilamid® lenses offering exceptional impact and chemical resistance, urethane dampeners to absorb shock and vibration, and a fully adjustable forward-rake stainless-steel bracket, these lamps shrug off dust, moisture and constant movement.
The forward-rake design ensures maximum contact with the mounting surface, enhancing vibration resistance and stability without impeding light output — a critical advantage for heavy machinery and mining vehicles operating in extreme conditions.
Efficiency that Saves Fuel and Reduces Downtime
We know that downtime costs — in both productivity and safety. That’s why Tremor sets a new benchmark for luminous efficacy, delivering up to 123 lumens per watt with all flood models achieving over 100 lm/W. This “More light, less load” performance translates to up to 30% less current draw or 30% more light output versus competitor models.
In real-world terms, that means less strain on electrical systems, lower fuel burn, and extended service life — all without the need for re-engineering your equipment.
Smart Design for Real-World Challenges
Every element of Tremor’s design is informed by field experience. The above-ground electrical isolation ensures the lamp’s circuit is insulated from the housing, preventing stray currents, galvanic corrosion, and electrical noise — vital in high-dust, conductive environments like mine sites.
The optional Selective Yellow lens helps cut through dust and fog while reducing glare from reflective surfaces and road signs, improving visibility and reducing operator fatigue. Tremor also introduces a Protractor Pitch Angle System, allowing operators to precisely set and reproduce beam angles for safer, more consistent illumination.
Versatility Across the Fleet
The Tremor range offers three beam patterns — 40° flood, 25° spot, and anti-glare — to suit everything from small service utes to large haul trucks and underground rigs. The addition of drift strobes, available in blue, amber, green, and red, provides high-visibility warnings in confined or hazardous environments such as tunnels and drifts.
These strobes alert personnel up to 60 metres away without blinding operators, using built-in flasher circuitry for added safety and simplicity.
Ready for Work
Available in 3-, 5-, and 8-LED configurations, all Tremor models are IP68 and IP69K rated, ready for immediate installation and backed by Narva’s proven reputation for durability.
Because when it comes to lighting critical operations, you can’t afford downtime. You need gear you trust, not replace.
