Terms and Conditions: "NARVA Cooler Bag Giveaway"

1. Eligibility:
   
   • Open to trade and industry professionals in Australia and New Zealand who receive a NARVA Edition 19 catalogue and enter via QR code.
   • Entrants must be 18 years or older.
   • Employees of Brown and Watson International Pty Ltd, its subsidiaries, immediate family members, and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.
   • No purchase is required to enter.


2. Promotional Period:
   
   • The promotion begins on 7 April 2025 and runs until further notice.
   • Monthly prize draws will take place while stock lasts.
   • Draws will be held on the 24th of each month, starting from 24 April 2025.


3. How to Enter:
   
   • To enter, participants must:
     • Receive a NARVA Edition 19 catalogue from a NARVA representative or authorised distributor.
     • Scan the QR code featured in the catalogue.
     • Complete and submit the entry form with their full name, email address, phone number, and postal address.


4. Prize Details:
   
   • Each month, five entrants will win a limited edition NARVA Cooler Bag.
   • A total of 25 cooler bags will be given away initially, with potential for additional prizes at the promoter’s discretion.
   • Prizes are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.
   • Cooler bags will be sent via post to the winners' nominated address.


5. Draw Dates and Winner Selection:
   
   • Monthly draws will be conducted at Brown and Watson International Pty Ltd, 1500 Ferntree Gully Road, Knoxfield, Victoria, Australia.
   • Winners will be drawn randomly from all valid entries received up to 11:59 PM AEDT on the 23rd of each month.
   • Non-winning entries will be automatically included in future draws.


6. Winner Notification:
   
   • Winners will be notified by phone and email within two business days of each draw.
   • If a winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, a redraw will be conducted.


7. Prize Delivery:
   
   • Cooler bags will be dispatched to the nominated postal address within 28 days of prize confirmation.
   • The promoter is not liable for lost or undelivered prizes due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


8. Use of Personal Information:
   
   • By entering, participants consent to their personal information being collected and used for the administration of this promotion and for future marketing by the promoter.
   • Personal data will be handled in accordance with NARVA’s Privacy Policy, the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia), and the Privacy Act 2020 (New Zealand).
   • Entrants can opt out of marketing communications at any time.


9. Promotional Integrity:
   
   • The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify anyone found tampering with the entry process or acting fraudulently.
   • The promoter may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary.


10. Limitation of Liability:
    
    • Brown and Watson International Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any issues arising from participation in the promotion or technical disruptions beyond its control.
