Terms of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms of Entry. These Terms of Entry must be read in conjunction with the Schedule above. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms of Entry and the Schedule, the Schedule prevails. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms of Entry.
2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase any NARVA branded product(s) from a participating Autobarn store or autobarn.com.au using their new or existing Autobarn Accelerate Rewards membership during the Promotion Period. Entrants must remain opted in to receive direct marketing from Autobarn via the Accelerate Rewards membership program until the prize is awarded. Membership of the Accelerate Rewards program is subject to the terms and conditions available at autobarn.com.au/accelerate-rewards-terms-and-conditions as amended from time to time.
3. The Promotion will be conducted during the Promotion Period set out in the Schedule.
4. The prizes are as specified in the Details of Prize section of the Schedule. Las Vegas is the advertised destination. Where the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of equal or greater value.
5. Where a winner elects an alternative destination, the Promoter’s travel agent will apply the total travel budget (AUD $21,500 per prize) to a destination and itinerary of the winner’s choice, subject to availability and the Promoter’s approval. Any costs exceeding the travel budget are the winner’s responsibility.
6. The total prize pool is as specified in the Total Prize Value section of the Schedule. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. To enter the Promotion, entrants must follow the Method of Entry section of the Schedule during the Promotion Period. Failure to do so will result in an invalid entry. The Promoter will not advise an entrant if their entry is deemed invalid.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, whether due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, or disruption to any communication network or medium. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error, including costs incurred.
9. Prizes will be awarded to valid entrants drawn randomly by Autobarn from the eligible entries recorded in the Autobarn Accelerate Rewards database. Ten (10) reserve entries will be drawn at the same time and recorded in order. In the event of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant, the prize will be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn. This process will continue until the prize is awarded.
10. The winner does not need to be present at the draw.
11. Winners will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners section of the Schedule. Notification will be deemed to have occurred on the day after the winner receives actual notification from the Promoter, or two business days after the draw, whichever is earlier. Winners must confirm prize acceptance by 12:00PM AEST on 23 October 2026 and confirm their travel booking by 15 December 2026, failing which the prize may be forfeited and offered to the next available reserve entry.
12. If any prize has not been claimed by the date specified and subject to any written directions from a state lottery agency, the Promoter may offer the prize to the next available reserve entry. If no reserve entries remain, the Promoter may conduct a further unclaimed prize draw, subject to regulatory authority approval.
13. The Promoter takes no responsibility when it cannot contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. It is the entrant’s responsibility to notify Autobarn Accelerate Rewards of any change to contact details during the Promotional Period.
14. A condition of accepting any prize is that the winner and their companion must comply with all conditions of use of the prize and any prize supplier’s requirements, including being an Australian resident over the age of 18 years or over. Each prize must be taken as stated, and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The winner must ensure their companion is provided with a copy of these Terms of Entry and that the companion complies with them at all times.
15. The winner and their companion are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, insurance and any other travel documentation required for travel, and for complying with any other requirement for entry into a destination. Any costs associated with obtaining these documents are the responsibility of the winner and their companion. No substitute prize, extension or compensation will be provided to the winner or their companion for a failure to comply with travel requirements.
16. Travel must be booked by 15 December 2026 and completed by 31 December 2027. If travel has not commenced by this date, the prize will be deemed forfeited unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter in writing.
17. Prize winners’ details (last name, first initial and postcode) will be published at narva.com.au and autobarn.com.au within 30 days of the draw, and on the Promoter’s social media channels.
18. To the greatest extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes all warranties, representations or guarantees regarding the Promotion and any prizes. The entrant acknowledges that if successful in being awarded the Prize, the Prize is subject to availability.
19. By entering the Promotion, an entrant releases and indemnifies the Promoter and its related corporate bodies (including officers, employees and agents) from and against all actions, penalties, liabilities, claims or demands arising as a direct or indirect result of entering or participating in the Promotion, winning or failing to win a prize, any cancellations, changes or unavailability of a prize, or using or permitting any other person to use the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. If, despite the foregoing, the Promoter incurs liability to an entrant under any implied warranty which cannot legally be excluded, the Promoter’s liability is limited, in the Promoter’s discretion, to either resupplying the relevant goods or services or paying the cost of resupplying those goods or services.
21. In no circumstances will either party have any liability to the other for indirect or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of reputation, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.
22. The Promoter may, acting reasonably, not accept a particular entry, disqualify an entry, or cancel the entire Promotion at any time without liability to any entrant. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits a misleading entry or who tampers with the entry process or their entry is otherwise in accordance with these Terms of Entry. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding.
23. In the case of any outside event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with any aspect of the Promotion as described — including but not limited to pandemic, natural disaster, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, or terrorism or by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter — the Promoter’s obligations may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
24. By entering, winners consent to the Promoter using their personal information to facilitate the Promotion and award prizes, including disclosure to third parties involved in the Promotion and relevant authorities. The Promoter may use this information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant, unless otherwise advised. The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). 25. The winner’s personal information, including name, email address and phone number, will be used to contact them about the Promotion. Autobarn may share the winner’s information with third parties, including prize suppliers and the Promoter’s travel agent, to assist in booking and travel requirements.
26. The Promotion and these Terms of Entry will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts and tribunals of Victoria in connection with any disputes concerning the Promotion.
27. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube may be used to advertise or promote the Promotion. By entering, entrants agree that the Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with these platforms, and release each platform from all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any information disclosed by entrants will not be provided to these platforms. Any questions, comments or complaints should be directed to the Promoter.
28. The Promoter and third parties are permitted to use any prize winner’s experience to help promote this Promotion, including footage or images of winners at the conclusion of the Promotion.
29. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically generate entries is prohibited.
