Narva Melbourne 4x4 Show Giveaways – Terms and Conditions

1. Information regarding how to enter the promotion and details of the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
2. The Promoter is Brown & Watson International Pty Ltd of 1500 Ferntree Gully Road, Knoxfield, VIC 3180.
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter, its related companies and agencies, the immediate families of the above listed persons, and directors, management and employees of companies, business or individuals associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

There are three separate prize promotions as part of the Narva Melbourne 4x4 Show activities. Each promotion has its own entry period and prize, as outlined below:

• Melbourne 4x4 Show Tickets Giveaway – Opens 14 August 2025 and closes 11:59pm AEST 20 August 2025. Prize: Double passes to the Melbourne 4x4 Show (quantity as advertised).
• Driving Lights Giveaway – Opens 22 August 2025 and closes 11:59pm AEST 24 August 2025. Prize: One of five Narva Driving Lights (model as advertised).
• Spin & Win Wheel – Runs at select times from 22–24 August 2025. Every spin wins a prize, including merchandise, accessories, or vouchers as displayed on the day.

To be eligible for each prize, entrants must enter during the relevant promotion period. Entries received after the closing date for that prize will not be valid. Entry methods will be as advertised on the Narva website or at the Narva stand during the show. Only one entry per person per promotion is permitted (except for the Spin & Win Wheel, where one spin per person per session applies).

5. Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners provide proof of age, identity and/or proof of entry validity. The Promoter reserves the right to validate and check the authenticity of any prize claim or entry before awarding a prize.
6. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter, not the time of transmission by the entrant. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any delays or failures in any telecommunications services or equipment.
7. The prizes, including any unused portion, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless stipulated otherwise.
8. If a winner chooses not to claim a prize (or is unable to), the item is forfeited and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize or any component.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize, or for any damage, delay or loss once the prize has left the Promoter’s premises.
10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion or acceptance of the prize.
11. The winner of each draw will be notified via email and/or phone within 2 business days of the draw. The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social channels.
12. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, fails to satisfy the terms and conditions, or forfeits the prize for any reason, the Promoter may conduct a redraw 15 days after the original draw date for that promotion.
13. If the Promoter is unable to provide a winner with the nominated prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions given by the relevant state gaming authorities.
14. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to technical failure, fraud or causes beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to take any action that may be available, subject to State and Territory regulations.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise.
