TERMS & CONDITIONS
The promoter is Brown & Watson International Pty Ltd (ABN 79 004 590 812), trading as NARVA Australia, of 1500 Ferntree Gully Road, Knoxfield, Victoria 3180.
- Open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Brown & Watson International or its associated companies are not eligible to enter.
- The competition runs monthly, starting at 12:01am on the 1st day of each calendar month and ending at 11:59pm on the last day of that month (AEST/AEDT).
- To enter, participants must submit a product review via narva.com.au during the competition period.
- Each approved review counts as one entry into that month's prize draw.
- Reviews must relate to a genuine experience with a NARVA product.
- Multiple entries are permitted provided each review is for a different product.
- Incomplete, offensive, or unrelated reviews will be deemed ineligible.
- Reviewer of the Month: Selected by the NARVA marketing team based on helpfulness, detail, creativity, and authenticity.
- Lucky Reviewer Draw: Randomly drawn from all valid entries received during the competition period.
- The draw and judging will take place within 14 days of the competition closing.
- NARVA's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- One (1) x $200 NARVA Online Voucher and one (1) x $100 NARVA Online Voucher will be awarded each month.
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from issue date and redeemable only via narva.com.au.
- Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Winners will be notified by email and announced on NARVA's website and social media channels within 14 days of selection.
- If a prize is unclaimed after 30 days, NARVA reserves the right to redraw or reassign the prize.
- By submitting a review, entrants grant NARVA the right to use, publish, or share the content (with attribution) for promotional purposes, including online, social media, or printed materials.
- NARVA reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits misleading content.
- NARVA reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise.
- Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with NARVA's Privacy Policy and used solely for the administration of this promotion.
