Tickford Delivers Strong Points Haul at Perth Super440

Tickford Racing banked another solid weekend of championship points at the Bosch Power Tools Perth Super440, with Cameron Waters and Thomas Randle both producing consistent performances across three hard-fought races at Wanneroo Raceway.

The fast and unforgiving Perth circuit once again delivered close racing, strategic battles and plenty of action, with both Tickford Mustangs showing encouraging pace from the outset. Waters and Randle featured prominently throughout qualifying, regularly placing themselves in contention against the front-running field.

Waters Continues Strong Championship Form

Cameron Waters once again demonstrated why he's firmly in the championship fight, producing another consistent weekend behind the wheel of the #6 Mustang.

After qualifying on the front row for the opening race, Waters converted that speed into a fourth-place finish before adding ninth in Saturday's second race. He rounded out the weekend with another impressive fourth-place finish in Sunday's feature race, narrowly missing out on a podium but continuing his run of strong results.

His consistent pace across the weekend ensured another healthy points haul as the Sprint Cup battle edges closer to its conclusion in Queensland in three weeks.

Randle Shows Consistency Across the Weekend

With additional NARVA branding proudly displayed on the #55 Castrol Racing Mustang throughout the Perth round, Thomas Randle delivered a composed and competitive weekend.

Strong qualifying performances gave Randle the opportunity to fight inside the top ten across all three races, ultimately recording finishes of ninth, tenth and tenth. His consistency behind the wheel highlighted both the pace of the Tickford package and the team's ability to remain in the fight across varying race conditions.

For NARVA, seeing the enhanced branding featured throughout the weekend's television coverage and on-track action made the results even more rewarding, with the partnership continuing to gain momentum throughout the 2026 Supercars Championship.

A Positive Weekend for Tickford

Although the Perth Super440 ultimately belonged to Matt Payne and Broc Feeney, Tickford Racing leaves Wanneroo with plenty of positives. Both Waters and Randle showed strong qualifying speed, raced cleanly across all three encounters and secured valuable championship points.

With only one Sprint Cup round remaining before the championship shifts into the endurance season, Tickford will now turn its attention to Queensland Raceway, looking to build on another consistent weekend and continue pushing towards the front of the field.
